- Exchange/Refund Policy
Mahilani offers an exchange Only policy. Item(s) purchased must be returned back to Mahilani Corp within 7 days of your shipping arrival date. Your shipping arrival date can be found by clicking on your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. All exchanges must be in perfect unworn conditions with all tags and hygienic liner still attached. Exchanges can only be made for sizing. No exchanges for different fabric or styles. We cannot customize exchanges.
- Who is responsible for shipping costs?
The customer is responsible for the cost incurred to ship back any item(s) to Mahilani Corp.
- How do I exchange my order?
To exchange your order please email MahilaniCorp@Gmail.Com or contact the shop with your full name, order number, the pieces you would like to exchange, and be sure to include the sizes you would like to exchange them for. We'll confirm the exchange and send you our return address. Once we receive your bikini. Your new pieces will be shipped to you.

- DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes we do!
- HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping for domestic and international orders are calculated based on the number of items in your cart. International orders may be subject to VAT or other charges within your country. The customer will be solely responsible for those charges.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?
It takes 4-7 business days from the date of purchase to create, package and ship your order. Orders are NOT processed on Saturday and Sunday.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Delivery time is 2-5 business days (once your order has shipped) for all packages shipping within the U.S. International shipments can take between 10-21 business days for delivery.
- WHEN WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An email will be sent to you once your order has been created and packaged (4-7 business days from purchase date). All orders ship at the end of each business day. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email MahilaniCorp@Gmail.com. For all international orders, please be sure to include a telephone number.
-HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please refer to your tracking confirmation email. Tracking numbers can only be sent once your order has been created and packaged. Tracking numbers are not sent with your initial order confirmation email.
- WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We ship via USPS.
**Once your package has shipped, Mahilani Corp cannot be held responsible for late or lost shipments. Should your package get lost in transit, please contact us immediately.**
